In order to support your patients who may be less confident with digital health services and the NHS App, you may wish to direct them to digital drop-in sessions:

ClearCommunityWeb: Anerley

Offer digital drop-in sessions that help people to feel more confident and comfortable using technology to access the internet. They work primarily with older people, vulnerable adults and carers. They currently have a drop in session at:

PotentialMe: St Pauls Cray

PotentialMe runs free drop-in sessions for people aged 50 and over to help them gain digital skills using their smart phone or tablet to support navigating around online services.
